Jami P. Joyner serves as Director of Diversity Programs in Engineering. She leads the Cornell Engineering’s diversity efforts in recruitment and retention along with inclusion programming at the pre-college, undergraduate, and graduate levels. Jami has been member of the Cornell community since 2008.
